building a set of handicap kitchen cupboards...all drawers...not even finished yet and they are breaking down and I have to replace 5 pair out of 20 purchased...also bought 10 per from different supplier and not having any problems....yetRecommend DON'T BUY

I bought 20 of these and three of the slides were bad. The ones I installed are working fine but with two of the three bad ones the soft close would not catch and activate. The third bad one closed one time and the drawer got stuck, it would not open. I had to force it to open and the springs stretched out to the point where it destroyed the operation of the slide. That was the bad part. The good part is that the company refunded my money on the three bad ones even though it was ten months after my purchase (it took me a while to install these on my project). So I am very happy with the customer service but not with the amount of time I wasted correcting the issues.

The product works as should but after a week of use pieces started breaking off and the self closing feature stopped working on a few drawers. Have tried contacting the seller/supplier but only have the robo response to message and it doesn’t go any farther then the first 3 messages then stalls. Will try during a week day to see if that works better. But until I get my drawer hardware corrected I can not get a good review on this product at this time. Only worked for a week or so before issues showed up.

First take the included screws and trash them, then go to your local hardware store and buy some good screws like 3/8 or 1/2 inch depending on your drawer side thickness. The drawer slides are good quality and work very well, could be use for kitchen cabinets.

After installing them into hand crafted vanity with four drawers, my husband noticed they are hard to pull out and they do not really slide back easy either.One of them broke before installation.He was not happy I bought them on Amazon ( he is more Home Depot kind of guy) and now he has something to show me how right he was.I am sad that we have beautiful vanity with crazy hard drawers to pull out.

I replace some simple door slides with these.I like how they glide on the ball bearings and seem pretty sturdy.I like the soft close, but wish it was a little bit easier to open. Pulling against the springs and pistons, I seem to have to shift my weight to get the leverage I need. This seems excessive. I hope this gets easier with time as the springs loosen and the piston does as well. But, generally, I am pretty happy with the slides.installation was tricky. I watched a few videos and am pretty dang handy when it comes to installing things. One thing that was tricky for me, and the videos I watched did not mention, was that you had to make sure the back brackets get positioned at the right width and right height.. and not jig will solve this for you... it might make it easier though. Once I figured out how to do that .. it was a lot easier (#6 of 6 .. ugh) :)
