I like that these have an oval shape in the center, so you don't have to line up the slot to install them. They're really easy to install. They are a much cheaper version and work just as well.

These little guys do an amazing job of cleaning. After just 24hrs of continuous pump running with these new filters and my pool looks great. As you can see, it's clear... I'm sorry I didn't take a "before" pic so you could see how cloudy it was before. It performed as well as any other filter I've tried, even the more expensive ones!

(Update: After our second Bullfrog spa arrived it became obvious they have changed most everything about it in terms of filtering and chemical delivery. So these filters will not fit the new one. That doesn't bother me a whole lot since it means the other one now has a pair of backup filters. And these really do fit the old spa quite well.)And having ordered our second Bullfrog spa, we will need filters for the new A6L as well. It seems some people have trouble using these filters with the oval bottom in Bullfrog spas. As I recall the description has the oval on top. That is incorrect. The oval goes on the bottom and the long part of the oval (has a little notch on the bottom that can be lined up with the raised portion of the center filter mounting circle) lined up with the ridge on the filter mount.There really is quite a lot of play in order to get them to seat, so you do not have to be exact. Surprises me that people have trouble installing these. Takes me about 30 seconds to replace the two filters. I have included a photo of an identical filter I already installed to show they fit. Actually, this filter really is identical in all respects to the one in the photo.Please note that our A7 currently is drained, having to move it from one side of the house to the other due to construction and a new layout for the house. As you can see, the new filter still is fully seated.I have stopped using the overpriced Bullfrog filters and have only been using this kind. The only difference, other than price, is that instead of a notch in the center the way Bullfrog filters are, this has an oval. But the only way to not have these fit is to try to install them with the oval facing up. That will not work. They work perfectly for me.

These are large well made filters. The pleats are deep and allow water to move unrestricted.

The SXEIAV 10-00282 Spa Filter Cartridge is compatible with the Bullfrog R6 hot tub. It fits good. The filters have deep pleats. Good product.
