A nice kit of flange bolts and nuts, with added flat washers when you might need them , in sizes from 12 to 30 mm. The bolt requires an 8mm hex head and the nut a 10mm. They are smooth to tighten, rated metric 10.9 and are coated in what appears to be black paint, it does not appear to be anything else. I got these for some projects on my motorcycle and they will likely do the job well.My points of confusion are in the material itself as the seller's page references both carbon steel and stainless steel in the same panel. Either are okay but how the bolts get used and to what torque level is indicated in large part by the material being used.The only other issue is one of cost. At $27 this kit is expensive in comparison to other kits that are the same count size but cheaper by 30% or are equal in price but provided larger quantities. General fit, finish and potential quality appears to be the same in the different options. Determine what you need to do and how critical the fastener's rating is and make a choice from there.
