Connected a gtek SFP+ NIC to a ubiquiti USW-Pro-Max-24-PoE with this and it negotiated 10Gb right away and works great.

works with my Dream Machine SEI had it connect on a yulinca switch (cheap switch) that connected to my telus internet (10GB port)I have other internet devices, so i needed to use a switch to provide internet to my other routers using 2.5Gb ports, but I am using this DAC cable to provide 10Gb to my dram machine, and using SPF+ to 10Gb-T adapter to connect to my Telus ONT. the yulinca switch support link aggregation (LACP), so one of my edge routers is using a LAG for internet so it gets 2Gb internet.Anyways i didnt expect this DAC to work with a cheap switch but did, so im happy.Both of the SPF+ ports are locked at 10Gb so I had to use the 10Gb-T adapter and not the 1Gb-T adapter, since the DAC would not work (both SPF+ ports are in sync on that switch).Now my plan is to use the other SPF+ port on the dream machine using another dac cable to hook up to another switch that has a spf+ so I can provide internet to multiple devices at 2.5gb to 10gb speeds, or use the 2.5gb port that is now freed up on the dram machine se to hook up to a 2.5gb switch.anyways. this is a good cable.
