I live off grid and love to make pizza at least 4 times a week. This package of 2 dome covers works great on my black stone griddle or wood stove in the winter. My only partial complaint is the temperature gauge is slow to show correct temperature but knowing that in advance doesn’t effect my cooking.

like them very much. the temperature gauge is actually handy. makes melting cheese on the flat top so much easier. They are made of nice heavy gauge stainless steel.
