The keys feel good and work extremely well and the dials are very nice, but the programmable features are certainly lacking. The macro programming has to be done using an on-screen keyboard, and you can’t delete a character if you make a mistake. Overall, would recommend.

Not a huge fan of the blue switches but they can be switched out. The software is all in mandarin which as an English speaker is not great but I just used google camera translate and figured it out. They really don’t make it very clear how to do it yourself with changing the keys to keys that aren’t already on your keyboard because as default when you plug it in the keys are already binded to abcdefg etc. Once you fix the keys and finally figure out the software it becomes amazing. Like it is soo handy being able to adjust my volume with a knob to my right rather than keep going to the volume adjuster and having diffeent shortcuts on the keyboard like switch song and mute is really handy. Would definitely recommend but just gonna take a few minutes to navigate the software and figure out how to use it.

The switches are clicky blues, and are hot swappable.It is held together by some screws very firmly, but I would strongly suggest using the rubber feet that are included so that the protruding heads of these screws don't scratch the surface this macro pad is on.The software to customize the functions is only available on Windows machines and is quite a sketchy file. It comes in a rar and is an executable that you run. I found it extremely intuitive and simple to write the functions to the keys, but your experience might differ. I had to alt F4 out of the program because there was no close button. This is a good understanding of how unpolished the experience was overall. I am pleased because it is what I expected and what I was willing to pay for. But if you're not willing to do some DIY work, this is not the product for you.

Tried to set it up, 2/3 days it took me and still no joy. I'm pretty tech/script savvie. Rubbish - please don't waste your money :)

Even though the documentation and product info says you need to load this in Windows first, there is a macOS app that directly loads this device. Works as designed! Still dont know how to add layers to the keys but 12 keys is still more than enough.Keys are swappable and I've already change to thwalky blues. Very worthwhile puchase
