This item doesn't work and all the water leak out creating a pool in my plant pots. This had led to major moisture and my plants to create fungus.

I put the bottles on and tipped into soil. The next day all plant pots(3 different plants and pots) were soaked. The non draining pots were just full of water, and the draining one was full in its dish, spilling over. There was no trickle or slow measured distribution based on what the soil and plant was using. It just emptied the bottle.
