  • Your battery may be broken. If your battery has been in use for more than 12 months or has been left unused for 2-3 months, it might be damaged.

In such cases, the charger's LED will display green, indicating that there is no charging as the battery is dead. You can check the functionality of our charger by using it with another device, or check the condition of your battery by using another charger.

  • If the green light is on when you plug in the charger, but goes off when you connect the toy/car, it's because the internal short circuit of the toy/car has caused the self-protection function of the charger to fail, you'd better check the battery and replace it.
