The pump is rated for 12 tons, and is intended to match the 12 ton cylinder jack on Dabpress's 12 ton 4x7 rosin press. They do indeed fit together nicely -- no adapters needed. However, they do not acheive 12 tons of pressure, not even close.It's normal for a hydraulic pump's real world performance to fall short of it's rating, but I think 9-9.25 tons from 12 tons is an admission by Dabpress that the company is knowingly overselling their products -- that's too much error to be an accident. No one ever expected truely high end quality from Dabpress (it's a Chinese company that copies American designs like those from Lowtemp Industries), but it would be nice if their products could acheive more than 75% of what Dabpress claims they will.To acheive 9 tons, I had to put the pump on the floor and apply my full body weight. I'm ~175lbs for reference.

Works good but I found the valve was difficult to close far enough so the pump doesn't 'creep'. Takes a lot of force to close it all the way so it holds pressure.

The pump is really heavy duty and has worked flawlessly for the few months i've had it so far. Comes with the pressure gauge built into the pump too, which is really useful. Installation is a breeze and takes literally seconds and you're ready to press.

12 ton press and 12 ton hand pump paired together works so well. I love my dabpress! I’ve had many waterfalls of rosin using their equipment, filters and 2x4 pre press. There a lot of over priced presses out there for a hobbyist like myself and I am very happy with higher quality but easy on the pockets, dabpress. The pump was very easy to connect with a quick coupler and bleeding the pump was easy and I have had no issues with loss of pressure (aside from the material melting). Also they have excellent customer service and they’re happy to help you, even on the weekends!

Seems like a quality item,much better than the knock off cp180. Heavy, powerful and easy to use.I paired it up with the 12 ton dabpress and have been using it regularly. Also came with replacement Orings and check balls,nice to have in case of a leak or need to repair.Only thing I would like to see is some holes in the feet so it can be fastened down on a work table or bench,quite heavy so it doesnt move much but I would still like to be able to mount it.I rate it 4.5 out of 5

This is for the whole machine including a 1# ton heat press.The machine is very heavy duty and we'll built. No concerns there. Well worth the money. I'd recommend this over a nug smasher any day. The 4x7 plates are huge. The included silicon mat was nice. Easy to set up. A bit of a learning curve to use, but just because I've never used a rosin press before I think.Overall quite glass with purchase so far.Also I emailed the company and they claim to be sending me a free cold plate. (which I discovered is required ! Or another cold method anyway.I will let you guys know if that falls through. But overall great. They responded personally to my email.in just an hour or so, last on a weekday night. Customer service seems on the ball. (Hey Judy!)
