I was looking for a bright light for my ice shelter for the outside to be seen. I attached a flasher to the light so it's a beacon now. This is bright and can been seen from far very happy

It is a bright light, but it is not a strobe light, which was stated in the ad.

There is a word "strobe" in the description of this product. The dictionary definition of "strobe light" is: "A lamp that produces very short, intense flashes of light". This is why I bought it, I wanted short flashes of light, so it the light would be easier to spot. But, this light is producing continuous stream of light. Completely useless for me.
