I bought this 14K dainty layering necklace on Feb. 27 and I’m throwing them today. I don’t use it very often but when I’m pautting it on today, it smells bad metal and there are already greenish things and blackish brown. I’ve had and still have gold plated jewelries and they last a long long time. I won’t buy from this seller anymore.

J'ai porté le collier à trois reprises et l'arrière de mon cou est devenu vert et les chaines ont ternies. Dommage car c'était un très beau modèle. Ne perdez pas votre argent, je suis sure que vous pouvez trouver meilleure qualité.

This layered necklace set (Style1) has two separate chains. Each with it’s own design, style and clasp. As such they can be worn together in a layered style or you can wear them individually. Both necklaces are 14K gold plated over stainless steel, as stamped into the extension tag, giving them a nice colour and shine.The first necklace is a tight weave herringbone chain that is almost like a small rope. It is the longer of the two at just under 16”. It is very smooth and feels very nice to the touch and on the skin when wearing it. Mid chain is a simple elongated tear drop pendant. It is a simple design but adds a bit of weight to the center of the chain when wearing it which helps to keep it down and away from the other chain. At the end is 2” of small loop chain to give you flexibility with length for the clasp. At the very end of this loop chain is a small gold tag that has the material markings. The clasp itself is a round trigger clasp that opens into the loop. It is very secure and springs back well.The second chain is a wider flat herringbone chain, kind of like a snake. It is shorter than the other chain by about 2” so overall sits at about 14” long. This too has a 2” section of basic loop chain at the end for sizing flexibility. This chain has a similar clasp and tag as the other chain.Overall a very nice set of necklaces.

I was expecting a 14K plated piece, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. While it looks acceptable, the overall quality gives off a cheap jewelry vibe. The appearance is fine, but it lacks the elegance and durability I anticipated from a plated piece. If you're looking for something with a more substantial feel and higher quality, I would suggest exploring other options.

Once again, my wife has proven that any assumptions I make in regards to her tastes in jewelry are probably incorrect. Previous experience has led me to believe that she normally prefers more conservative, less conspicuous pieces that have an understated glamour. This set of four gold plated chokers is anything but!Upon its arrival, both my wife and I were very impressed by the lovely box they were contained in; my wife immediately commented that this would make a beautiful gift! The necklaces themselves (Style 7) are, with the exception of petite ball chain, slightly heavier and more showy than what my wife normally wears. The lengths of the four have been carefully calculated so that, worn together, they create a cohesive, striking appearance. That being said, all of the necklaces work well individually or in any combination. These chokers fit the classification of “classic elegance”; they have a timeless style that is versatile enough to allow the pieces to be worn with all manner of outfits.The pieces feature fairly standard construction; each has a lobster clasp and an extender. The gold plating finish is consistent between pieces; we were unable to find flaws in any of the items.While these pieces are, in my mind, designed for casual or smart casual wear, they certainly would not be out of place in a formal setting (particularly the rope and the herringbone). The flexibility the set offers is outstanding and, for the modest $16 CAD that it is currently selling for, represents extremely good value. Highly recommended!

i love it! i got it for valentines day but my other half had bought me a necklace for valentines day so i didn't wear it. but i ware it occasionally and seems nice but tangles quick when i take it off.
