The extension themselves do the job. But, the clips are garbage. I would need a rim that is 20mm thick to fasten this thing on. This is going on a steel snow rim. I would recommend another brand is the clips I got are not the ones in the sellers picture. I should have returned them, but instead I slid a rubber hose over the extension and hopefully that will protect the stem until spring

These seem good quality, I especially like the clamp that goes on the outer wheel.The paper clip like extension holder is a great idea!I installed these to replace an older type that had the propensity to loosen over time, and I do think these will hold up well.

On first attempt to install the extension on my RV tires, the part that attaches to the tire stem broke/fell off.Will need to return for a new set

My wife's newly acquired 2012 Xterra has oddly angled wheel valves that requires these adapters to inflate the tires. Wasn't sure if these would do the trick based on the mixed reviews but happy that they worked for this purpose.
