I upgraded from the “just blinking light” trickle charger to these. The LCD screen has a great readout about battery percentage, voltage, etc. Once my zero turn was marked as Full I flipped it over to trickle charge until I need to use it in the spring. The plug unit is pretty compact but almost the full face is the screen. The supplied cords: clamp or ring terminal are just long enough to snake out of your machine for easy access. My battery went from 80%+ to 100% within 20 mins so it charged fast thanks to it being 1.75Amps verses most being just 800mAh. Overall its very easy to use and a tremendous value for the money paid.

Those are great for the price, my trusty old one died this winter and decided to give those a try. One is on my atv right now and the other on my truck.

I am very hesitant about many products, but I took a chance on this. I was very surprised how well these worked on our jet skis that I will be buying additional for other equipment. It maintains charge very well and provides battery information, so you know it is not being overcharged. Just a great product for the price.

I’ve been using the 2-Pack 1.75-Amp Car Battery Charger for both 6V and 12V on various battery, and it’s easily the best battery charger I’ve ever owned. Here’s my detailed experience:I use it on my car, lawn mower, motorcycle, boat and even on my solar system’s battery. The charger automatically detects whether the battery is 6V or 12V, and once the battery is full, it stops charging on its own, so I can leave it connected without worry. It features three modes—standard, repair, and trickle charge—that you can switch by simply pressing a button. I particularly appreciate that I can also use it as a voltmeter, even when it’s not connected to power. Its bright, clear display shows the battery voltage, charge amperage, and the battery percentage, which gives me complete insight into my battery’s health.Installation is straightforward, and it comes with multiple interchangeable connectors, clamps, and terminals to suit various battery types. It’s built to withstand extreme conditions, functioning reliably even at temperatures as low as -30°C. The only caveat is that I’m not entirely sure if it’s fully waterproof, so I make sure to protect it from rain if I leave it outside for extended periods.Pros:Automatically detects 6V or 12V batteriesFully automatic charge termination for safe, unattended useThree versatile charging modes (standard, repair, trickle)Functions as a voltmeter with a bright, informative displayComes with various connectors and accessories for different applicationsReliable performance even at very low temperatures (-30°C)Cons:Uncertain waterproofing—better to protect it in rainy conditionsOverall, this battery charger is an exceptional product in every way. It’s affordable, versatile, and has dramatically improved my battery maintenance routine. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable charger that offers both functionality and peace of mind.

I purchased these back in July of 24 and it's now Feb 2025. So I think this is fair time frame to make a product evaluation/review. I gave it a 5 star review, because I would buy it again. There are many chargers to choose from, finding one that is of decent quality and can stand up to all weather conditions was high on the list. The unit is very easy to use, the display is clear and easy to read. It's been below -12C for the past week or so, and no issues with broken wires etc. which is often the case with some of these chargers. Charges and maintains the batteries in our RV and motorcycle, both 6V and 12V very quickly. I tested the "Advanced Battery Repair" feature on an old 12 volt car battery I had kicking around that would not fully charge. It took 2 cycles, but it worked. So all in all, this is very good value for the money.

I bought the two pack of these to put some of our off road vehicles on trickle chargers and they have worked great. I really like the "repair mode" on them. It did resurrect a questionable motorcycle battery I had. However, after six months one of them just died. Would not power on or do anything. I contacted the manufacturer via email and attached my invoice and they sent a replacement the next day, no questions asked.

I’ve had a lot of battery chargers in my time. I’m a DIY with all kinds of batteries. I was searching for a good float battery maintainer it was disappointed with a lot of other ones until I found these. I like them because you can’t set them in float mode, which puts a constant charge on the battery and then slowly drops down to an almost nothing charge Like a typical float charger. Also, it has a mode where it will charge to full then stop and it will only start charging again if it reaches down to 12.5 V, then it has a repair function that you can use to revitalize, weak or bad batteries and it actually works quite well. Also, a nice bonus is if you plug in the charger to the battery, but not to the wall 120 V power it will show the voltage of the battery which is a nice feature. So you get a constant float charge charger, a Repair charger, a voltmeter and an automatic on off charger all in one

I bought these to maintain the battery on a propane fueled generator. The generator is back up power for a water well pump that is remote from our home. These little devices will maintenance charge, cycle and charge either 12 volt or 6 volt batteries. It come with two attaching cables. One with alligator clips the other has ring terminals. Both connect with a polarized molded connector. Both of good quality. The electronics are enclosed in a molded plastic case with lighted indicators for which mode it's in. It also has a meter to show percentage of charge. All and all an impressive piece of gear for the money. I don't know about longevity but function is quite good.

Initially worked well but one of the units packed up a day after the return window closed, the other is still working hence 2 stars.UPDATE:Unplugged the unit and earthed the two alligator clips, left unplugged for 24 hrs, plugged back in and it worked, started charging at 12v, nothing in troubleshooting about this so must have been a glitch. Back to 4 stars
