I received the boring head in its plastic case. When the case was opened, some of the boring bars were loose causing damage to the taper (scratches). I was able to stone the high spots, but 2 of the boring bars have cracked carbide rendering them unusable. On the plus side, the body of the boring head has .0005" runout, which is better than what I was expecting.
