Must be an old mold. Parts are warped. An expert modeler can overcome these flaws, but a novice would be discouraged by it. However, it is very detailed.

I recieved the black one as a gift . It didn't come with the scenery decal shown on the side of the truck in the box art.

It's a decent model. Some parts need to be adjusted when putting together. Overall pretty good.

I’ve had it stored for almost 2 months while I was finishing other models, I like to patina my 60’s thru 80’s trucks,Anyways I just opened it now , I was going to prime the shell for airbrushing and found that the hood is warped,so therefore I’ll have to be glueing it shut, I could try heating it up trying to straighten it but I risk damaging it even further,The box was fine, never had a mpc model before,Looks like old molds, big time flash,lots of trimming

Used it to fab a mock up of customization im doing to my real truck, as a rat rod! Decent plastic for strength and cutting. Trimmed the inner fenders off frame and its not floppy. Trimmed front clip off cab and it holds its shape no problem. Gonna mount cab and engine back further swapping front/rear shafts and moving transfer case crossbar and engine mounts.
