Before purchasing the spindles it is strongly suggested to measure the thickness of your rotors.
Taking a tape measure or caliper, measure the thickness of your rotors.

Installed these on the f44 brake option 2wd regular cab truck. Fit with no issues other than have to re-clock the steel brake lines so there is no interference. Alignment is almost dead on as well.
