This backing piece to add to your grinder for a sanding pad is made nicely. It is thick and has a strong screw attached to the back. My husband's only p4oblem with this, was the threads was not the right size to fit his grinder. We tried finding someone who had one for us to try this with, but was unsuccessful. Over all this would be great to use, nothing bad I can say about this except making sure the threads on the screw matches.
