This automatic pet feeder has been nothing but problems from the start. First, the shipping was extremely slow, and when it finally arrived, the box was damaged. The product itself feels cheaply made with flimsy plastic parts that don't inspire confidence. The worst part is that one of the timers is completely unreliable - it either doesn't dispense food at all or dispenses at random times, which defeats the whole purpose of an automatic feeder. For a product that's supposed to reliably feed your pets, this is unacceptable. Save your money and look elsewhere. The only positive thing I can say is that the dishwasher-safe feature works as advertised, but that hardly matters when the basic functionality is compromised.
