I like that this hook can be folded away into itself or fully deployed for hanging multiple items from the same spot. I use it for hats and ear muffs.I was disappointed that each hook cannot be individually placed along it's path of rotation. Meaning that it can only be folded out so far (as pictured). It limits the overall utility of the item and I found that each hook has a fair amount of resistance when traveling from the stowed to deployed positions. Overall though it works well and looks as pictured.

I just finished buying a different 4-hook swivel hanger that was really excellent, so compared to that, these 3-hook hangers were awful. The look was fine, but the machining, design, or assembly was wrong. The swivel action was loose, the hooks would bind when you tried to move one hook; they'd stick or drag other hooks -- it's like it's missing some nylon spacers or machining tolerance. They're made by different manufacturers and some people have given them 5 stars, so it might just be a hit and miss order.

Hi,I got today abd get fix. I love it. I install on the wood stud, near the door beam. The hook is very solid metal. I install it for my kid room. It looks good
