These technically work great. However they hurt everyone's ears at work. If you plan on wearing them for an extended amount of time, I would choose something else.

I order these for work, for replacement of motorola ear pieces. They work great. Do they last forever? No. But neither did the original motorolas and these are a lot cheaper. The only negative thing I can comment on with this item, is the foam cover. doesnt stay in place and is cheap. Other than that, they are great.

These work very well. My staff and I use a lesser model and these were a huge upgrade for us. These are very comfortable around your ear and transition well from left to right. Worth every penny!
