The first time I purchased ice bags for the new ice machine I just got the basic ones. They didn't hold up as well when it came to breaking the ice apart -- these bags are much more durable and easier to fill.

Thickness is weaker than your typical ice bags you buy at the store. Bags break easily. But the price was cheap enough.

The bags keep ripping at the top while filling them happend to at least 20 bags. Very irritating and ended up being a huge waste of money
