I actually got this primarily for the smaller pouches, to carry medication in, but was surprised by how useful they are. I use powdered drinks a lot and it can get annoying having to go back to the container to get the powder every time you need it. This way, I can measure out multiple batches at once and simply carry the bag with me, with the pouches in, and when I want to make up a bottle of drink, I simply fill the bottle with water and add the contents of one pouch and I'm done. The pouches and bags are incredibly sturdy, and I can see them lasting a long time, and I love the fact that they even come with funnels to save you having to find one. You can simply collapse them and keep them in the bag with your pouches.

These are pretty useful powder supplement bags. They are pretty versatile and can be used for various purposes. I like to use them to store spices when I travel. They are pretty sturdy and will last longer than regular zip loc bag. They also come with labels and will be helpful in identifying various items in the bag. Very useful purchase!
