Not much of a muffler - the plastic ones are better although these look cool and will probably last longer and eventually will be a muffler after they gum up a bit.

I use these brass pneumatic mufflers not only on the exhaust side of a pneumatic cylinder control valve, but also on the cylinders themselves when they are set up using a return spring instead of dual action. This prevents any dirt from entering the cylinder. They are well made and last a very long time (I've never had one fail on me yet).There's not much you can say about these. They do the job and when you buy them in a pack, they are much more affordable. At $16.62 for a pack of 25 at the time of this review, that's only 66.5 cents each. Being retired, I don't make many pneumatic projects anymore so this pack exhaust mufflers will last me a long time.
