It is too loose, slides out. Bend forward and it falls out. Does not keep hair snug or secure. Might be better on thick, dense hair.

It is flexible but if you have long thick hair , this just falls off works best on medium hair , it’s pretty tight too and you can feel it on your scalp but it does the work
