Sent two 3C's and a 5C. Mute is mediocre. I suggest buying each piece seperately from a different seller.

My son just started Trumpet, and I wanted to pick up my own mouthpieces to use while teaching him (I'm a former professional trumpet player). These mouthpieces are a great value and feel good. Perfect for the average trumpet player and a good shape/feel for those learning to play trumpet. The mute is a basic mute (very lightweight), but it works well. For those learning to play the trumpet, these are the 3 most common sizes.

Wanted to try a 3C mouthpiece, but it was cheaper to buy this set then just the 3c. Works like a charm, and the mute is nice, not nearly good enough to get any benefit out of it, but the 3c works so much better for me than the 7c I was using. Would recommend to any beginner trumpet player.

Mouthpieces came dark and stained, is if rusty. Didn't even try it or the mute, just returned it as it seemed to be very low quality.
