I don't need snap rings very often, but when you lose one, it's nice to know that you have a backup on the shelf. This set had the size I needed and a wide variety of other sizes.

I needed a couple snap rings as I rebuilt my floor jack. The kit from the manufacturer to rebuild would have been almost $50. I spent $2 on o rings and bought this to replace the clips. Way ahead in the end and I now have 298 spares to use for future projects. The quality of the clips is likely a little less than an OEM clip but this usage won’t require a super strong clip.
