I received it broken. it keeps on gong ON and OFF even after long pressing the handle knob.Upon contacting Seller, I was told that it's check-valve is bad.My brother cut the box to open it, Now the Seller is asking to return it in original box Only which I don't have anymore. I was never intended to return the product.Please beware if it's faulty one keep the box alive so the seller don't have any excuse to walk away.In my case, I am stuck with faulty one and loosing the money.Trying to register the complaint to Amazon...

This power washer is powerful, sturdy and so easy to use. I've had other ones in the past that do not compare to this one. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Had issues after 3 months but company made it right by sending me a new one within a few days. Customer service was awesome! The unit itself for the price I feel I got a bang for my buck! I own a gas one which has more pressure for sure but with this unit I don't have to worry about old gas etc. I use it for jobs like cleaning driveways , decks , ATV and I am very happy with this unit. Keep in mind it is not as powerful as a gas unit!!!

The components were suspect on opening the package - twist lock connections do not belong on a 3000 psi device. The unit simple cannot deliver 3000 psi - when hooked to my ancillary 2200 psi cleaner - it failed to make it operate.It works like an 1800 psi device.

I have done my deck and driveway with it and it worked great except for if you use it for a long time it seems to need a break but will work great again after cooking down. The cables and different nozzles are stored excellent on the machine. I definitely would recommend this machine!
