I had installed this on my new 2022 tundra to keep stones from kicking up and reflecting off the trailer and destroying the paint on the tailgate.I didn’t cut the 2 pieces down at all, instead just doubled up part of it and reinforced the aluminum bracket. I had to make some custom brackets to hold it to the trucks frame but I knew that in advance.It’s plenty long enough and I don’t mind that it drags a little on the ground. When the vehicle is moving it doesn’t touch the ground at all.Best part is that I haven’t had to use anymore touch up paint on the back end of my truck after installing this.

Installed behind the rear wheels of my compact SUV to keep the rear window clean. Cut the 16 inch skirts to 11 inches. Great for DIY, need to have tools available, exactly as advertised.
