I have a Proslat system on the walls in my garage but I am ALWAYS short on hooks. This set of 30 J-hooks has finally solved my hook shortage and is a great value for the price and quality. The hooks fit perfectly into the Proslat panels and I can tell the hooks are well made and will support heavy loads. I particularly like that they are powder coated as this makes them easier to slide into place on the slat wall system and will ensure their longevity. They even have a hole in the top of each hook so that they can be screwed directly into a stud for use anywhere without a slat wall system.

These lately j-hooks fit onto the slatwall I purchase from Home Depot and assembled in my garage perfectly. They slipped right in and are exactly what I was after.I am a big fan of hooks. I am one of those odd types who sided with Seilfeld's interior designer girlfriend who proposed he replace his closets with hooks. They work!These hooks are of decent quality and more than adequate for my needs: holding tape, scissors, small tools, etc.The metal isn't of extreme thickness, so if you are planning to overload these then you may want to look for something a bit more robust.

Sturdy but the u-shape of the hook didn't really work for me. Everything i tried to hang couldn't fit in the u. I ended up bending the upward front portion of the u to more of a 45 or 30-degree angle instead of 90°. Then my cleaning tools hang better and are easier it get on and off.
