Operating instructions:
1 Before use, please turn the switch to "0"
2 Staring car, plug in the cigarette lighter

As the title says. It has a toxic burning plastic smell. I tried airing it out for 48 hours washing it with vinegar. Nothing worked. Stay away.

Inexpensive fans, So if you're expecting quality, you'll get what you paid for... In my package, half of the unit was dead-on-arrival (one of the fans). I had to take the whole thing apart and re-solder the terminals on the fan motor to get it to run. Now that I made it work, the factory should pay me wages for doing their job for them.As others have mentioned, the fans are audible when they run... It's not tremendously loud, but you'll never have to GUESS if they're tuned on or not. It's very apparent.

The a/c in my vehicle is not working so I purchased this portable unit. I was pleasantly surprised at the air flow that comes from the two small fans. This unit is compact and the fans can be rotated in all different directions. The fan has 2 speeds - low and high.

These fans are just what my dad needed for his car. I ordered this frankly as his air conditioning is not that cold, he complains it will cost too much to fix it, and he doesn't use his A/C that often. This came with two adhesive stickers and sticks well to his dashboard and the fans are powerful with two different speeds. They run smoothly and the angles can adjust for both fans and they don't move themselves even over bumps. He loves it so it's a good buy for me.
