Première utilisation pour huiler une poêle à crêpes... les poils du pinceau ont fondus au contact de la poêle. Le pinceau est censé résister à 315°C... je m'interroge.

These three brushes are really well made and so far haven’t shown any signs of shedding. There’s nothing worse than having to pick off strands of brush off whatever you’re making. I use them for bread making, egg wash etc.

I’ve only used the largest pastry brush and it’s great for glazing cakes and buttering biscuits. The smaller ones don’t really suit my needs.
