This shop has EXCELLENT customer service! For even that reason alone, I highly recommend them!The toners are a great price and the print quality is great. It's great to find a place to buy cheaper toner to work around HP. It would cost $400 to purchase all 4 toner cartridges from HP! We paid less than that for the printer that came with cartridges!!When we were very busy and didn't have a chance to try it, they emailed us to see if it was ok! Very caring people!

I've had multiple OEM/refurbished cartidge vendors for my HP laser, but the quality of this vendor is very, very good. They said "with Chip" in amazon description. Within three days of receiving the cartridges, the vendor had emailed saying what had been shipped did not have a chip, and if it didn't work, they would replace. It worked just fine anyway. The print quality is excellent and the price very competitive. I'll buy again. Good Value. Highly recommended. Can't speak to longevity, but expect not an issue.....
