These inserts are too big for my stilettos. However, I’m able to break apart small pieces and apply it to specific toes that need cushion while wearing my heels.

It doesn't work well with high heels or platforms; it's better suited for flat, narrow shoes with minimal heels and a tighter fit to keep the cushion in place. Additionally, it’s not the most comfortable for long periods of wear, as the cushion tends to shift and rub uncomfortably against your toe.

I have wider feet, which means that sometimes shoes that fit me width wise are a little too long, therefore, I got excited when I saw these! I have used the inserts for my heels, but not for my toes, so I was eager to try them. When they came, I was pleased with their size as well as the material. They are soft and foamy, but not too squishy that they bunch up. They hold their shape and can be adjusted based on how much space needs to be filled. I used them recently in some heels and was very pleased as they stayed in place and kept my feet from sliding around. Great product!
