My students really like these. The texture, the shapes, the vibrant colours... but the writing on them is very small and hard to read on some of them. I can read it, but some of my students struggle with seeing what the different steps say.Despite that, the kids love them and I am teaching them how to use them for breathing exercises and mindfulness. The kids have stuck them on their desks or agendas. They are a big hit.

Students can adhere to agenda or pencil case to use as self-regulation support. I teach how to use to all students and talk about how we all have moments when we need to self-regulate. Perhaps we are experiencing intrusive thoughts, are agitated or upset, or drowsy and lethargic. We can easily use this tool along with breathing techniques. No one stands out for using this tool when handled as a normal part of being human.

Extremely happy with these stickers. They're one small way that anyone can help themselves to regulate anxiety. Stick them anywhere and then rub them when you could use some grounding. The texture is gritty and unexpected enough that it can help disrupt spiraling thoughts. Not a magic cure by any means, but a pretty cool tool to have in your self-care toolbox. Love the different designs which also encourage breathing techniques and mindfulness.
