How to Use:
Hold the micrometer with one hand, place the object to be measured between the anvil and the end of the micrometer screw, and then turn the knob with the other hand. When the screw is close to the object, turn the force measuring device until you hear a click. Gently turn 0.5‑1 circles.

The precision screws feel a little rough when turning.

Thoses micrometers are useless. Anvils faces arent ground flat so impossible to get accurate mesurements. A micrometer with 0.0001 graduation is expected to be accurate but thoses chinesium mics are not. I checked them all with gage blocks because even the standards that come with the set cant be trusted. I just got this set and will return right away.

Great mics so far . Every one was bang on according to the standard except the 3-4” but it was only .001” out. The tool is there so adjustment isn’t a big dealGreat product
