How to Choose The Right Poly Bag Size?
Thickness needs to be taken into account when determining poly bag size Measure thickness and then add to dimensions as per below formulas
Calculating Length: Add the Length of product + Thickness of product + 1/2inch
Calculating Width: Add the Width of product + Thickness of product + 1/2 inch.
What is a Mil? "Mil" is the plastic thickness. 2.5 Mil = .0025".
Are the bags food safe? Yes! Because our flat bags are made from virgin LDPE (low density polyethylene)

These 4x4 sized bags are the ideal size for holding a couple of teabags in my purse/backpack/whatever. And the 4 mil thickness of the plastic feels sturdy without being too stiff. Good purchase.

Just as described. I always buy 4 mil because they are durable and don’t get wrinkly like sandwich bags which is what you get with 1 mil or 2 mil thickness.

This is at least the third time I have bought these bags. They are thicker than most bags and are reasonably priced. They arrived on schedule. I recommend this seller.
