We put these on our fridge. Every time you go to reach for something in the fridge or cabinets and it's not there, it goes on the list. Then once it's full we take it grocery shopping. I don't ever sit down with a blank grocery list and write everything down. It's almost always done for me and I just have to grab it and go. I've been using this system for years because it just works.P.SThey also work great as chores lists

The pen clip is a little large for a standard pen but otherwise very happy with how this purchase worked out.
