Tried to install first cartridge and kept receiving error messages on my printer. Went back to Amazon to check product reviews to see if this was a common occurrence. I read a number of reviews that said this happened to them too, but only for one of the cartridges. Tried the second one and it worked.Update: I used the one working cartridge for a few print jobs, but it started to cause issues with my printer (consistent error messages). Since using this product, my printer continues to regularly show error messages (saying printer is out of ink or that there is an issue with the printer), and often times documents are printed incorrectly or not at all.Would not recommend this product; I would suggest sticking to ink manufactured by your printer brand, even if more expensive.

I installed one print cartridge several months ago. when it ran out of ink, I installed the second printer cartridge. My printer indicated that the cartridge was not working. I contacted the provider and their customer service was amazing. They responded in less than an hour and provided recommendations on how to get the cartridge working. When it still did not work, they shipped another 2 pack box to me -- which I got in two days. I will order these cartridges again.

The cartridge fits my printer and works well. Not sure yet if it will last as long as a genuine HP cartridge, but the price was great in comparison and I’m hoping it will continue to impress

These are refurbished cartridges. They work as well as the original cartridges, but a much better price.

Price was good. When I installed the cartridge my printer said something like, HP original cartridge refilled. Description says it will yield 580 pages, which is about 480 pages more than I get for an HP63 cartridge. Let's see if that's the case.
