I use the tape for grappling around my wrists and sometimes my toes. This tape holds well around my wrists but always comes off around my toes, which doesn't happen with the Summum tape.

Has a tendency to be hard to tear, need to used scissors. Frayed ends come off too easily and will stick to clothing if not minded properly.

I use this tape for securing a gauze patch and needed something soft as it would be rubbing against the surrounding skin. This is perfect – good adhesion and soft fabric that doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin.

I like this tape for climbing and lifting. Helps with wrist support, easy to apply, easy to tear, and easy to remove once you're done. I have hairy arms so taking off the tape usually always hurts, but I would rather have firm support and grip.

Edit: the seller reached out and offered to make it up to me. So +1 star for customer service.----I use athletic tape to make a heel cup to help relieve plantar fasciitis, as taught by my physiotherapist. The first tape I bought was a popular brand name that is really great quality but super expensive. I'm working my way through the more affordable options on Amazon, and this was my first attempt because it had a coupon and was 15yd.I also tried it for an ad hoc bandaid on a papercut, and it held up pretty well for that. I think this would be fine for low-friction areas that don't get sweaty, but wasn't up to the task of staying on my heel and foot when walking.Peels off with mild friction and mild sweat faster than other brand I tried; and since friction and sweat are pretty much inevitable in athletics, I expect athletic tape to at least hold up to light walking around. Doesn't stick super great to feet, and doesn't seem to provide the same relief I get from the other brand I tried (PF pain actually seems worse when I'm wearing it than when I'm not, despite using the same taping technique that provides tremendous relief with the other brand I've tried.)While I appreciate that it doesn't leave a sticky residue along the edge, it also doesn't stick great. I'd rather clean off residue than have to retape twice as often every day.
