Fabric is much rougher than any other cotton headbands that I have, and doesn’t really feel like cotton. They do fit without being too tight, but they are loose enough that they slide out more than other headbands I have. If I had curly or otherwise poofy hair they would probably be better, but for my straight, slick hair I am not really impressed. They’re ok enough I wouldn’t go through the hassle of a return, but I also wouldn’t buy more or recommend them when people ask where I got that color headband (which happens a lot.)
