1 out of 8 couldn`t hold a 17" winter tire on a steel rim. Very poor quality. No quality control. This is a safety issue if you mount them high. Don`t buy if safety is a great concern. Would not recommend.

Very good for the price. Metal fabrication is outstanding and not on the cheap side.Easy to install, best space saver option for a small garage.
