Had my tech install it and 600 miles or less later it leaks now have to order a different brand and have to pay to have it all done over again, new fluid and all ,not happy at all👎

Bought this for my ‘17 Ram 1500 cause it was like $585 at parts place.Was a pain to do, but it’s swapped! And my truck has been running for 2 weeks with this pan. No leaks.Only thing was this pan is shallower than the original. It holds 2 litres less than the stock ram pan.I haven’t had any issues yet.

It was half the price or less of all the others. It holds about 1/4 litre less fluid. It is about the same price as the FILTER for a Dorman version.Good product!!Make sure the trans is level when doing the filling.

I installed this transmission pan onto my 2014 Ram 1500 with ZF 8 speed transmission and filled with Mopar 8 speed transmission fluid. Shortly after, the transmission began to whine before shift and the shift was hesitant. The installation followed ZF instructions to the T. I checked the pan and found no leakage. I also checked the fluid level according to ZF instructions and fluid was full. It turned out the pan holds less transmission fluid than required, which caused transmission pump whine due to leak to fluid. I replaced the transmission pan and filled with new fluid. The transmission pump whine was gone right away. 4 quarts fluid was drained out, and 5 quarts was added in with new pan. Do not buy if you want your transmission last.

Less than 3 months installed and started leaking heavily from the gasket. Will need to order a new pan from different place
