I want to preface this by saying I did receive a partial refund so the customer service was good.I got these as the brand I normally purchase was out of stock and many letters were smudged, missing parts entirely, tiles were not similar in size in a lot of cases. Price was decent and quality of the tiles themselves was alright but lots of mistake ones for sure.
