The solid top closures are lined with PTFE/F217 material and the open hole closures have PTFE faced silicone septa assembled in the closure. The assembled sample vials are packed in trays of 100.

They were all intact when I received them.I use them to freeze yeast, mixed with glycerin. I'm heating them in the pressure cooker to sterilize, and I can freeze and thaw them. None broke so far.They hold around 12 ml each.
