Our product has an innovative spiral-twisted, corrugated tube design that is engineered to maximize solar or boiler energy, increasing the overall thermal efficiency of the system. The tube's design also ensures high velocities inside the unit, making this heat exchanger a very reliable, efficient and cost effective way to transfer heat indirectly between any hot water circuit, steam circuit and any pool or spa application. This product is great for use with boilers, a solar pool heating system, and more. We offer these heat exchangers with capacities ranging from 55kBtu to 1200kBtu, made from either Stainless Steel 316L or Titanium, and with either opposite- or same-side ports.
This model works with pools of up to 6,600 US gallons with 85kBtu/hr at 140F temperature difference between inlet water and heated water.

Bought to heat swimming pool. Heating provided by 150K BTU gas boiler. Pool is just under 7000 gallons, which this heat exchanger is slightly overrated for. I found out that generally tube and shell heat exchangers are overrated anyways by approximately 20-30%. Should have bought the next size bigger but this one does the trick. Must run heat supply circuit as hot as possible to maximize heat transfer. Surface area in this model is aprox 2.7 sq ft. Not very much. Incoming water to be heated doesn't have very much area to scrub heat unless the heat supply is much higher than incoming water. Was a learning curve to get this to work but gained knowledge in thermodynamics and fluid friction from plumber. Good value considering comparable model was five times more money locally. Overall very happy. Thank you!
