We are using this in our pharmacy to store dry ice utilized for shipping frozen products. It has a tight seal to prevent sublimation of the dry ice, it's very easy to move around, the size is great for smaller areas, and it was easy to set up, just plug in and go! It is quiet, and seems to maintain the appropriate temperature (-86 degrees C.)Our unit unfortunately arrived with a dent on the outside, but the customer service has been very helpful with resolving the situation. We also received the unit much more quickly than I had initially anticipated, which was a nice surprise.

This freezer arrived in a very protected, wooden box. The freezer immediately was set up and worked great. It gets cold fast and it's not too loud or noisy. We are pleased with our purchase and would purchase from Labfeng again.

We are just passed the return window and found the device has stopped working. We lost over $500 worth of samples overnight. We only had the device for a little over a month. I would not use it for anything valuable. I have requested a refund from the manufacturer which won't replace the samples but hopefully the cost of the device!

We run a regenerative medicine clinic & this freezer is great! It’s small, relatively quiet & was easy to set up. When we needed help with the machine, the company was responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase this freezer again. It really is an amazing deal for what you get, compared to what other comparable freezers cost.
