Bought a set of the 11" long tracks. The package arrived all taped up with one slide missing the inner bearing race while the other slide was missing the outer bearing race and the inner race although present was missing all the ball bearings. Everything is loose and nothing is holding in place. Definitely looks like a package that was returned and got sent back to another customer.

Used to make a spice cabinet in the kitchen and couldn’t even hold the weight of the drawer … two sets ended up going in the garbage!

The plastic roller ball tracks fell out of one rail and are impossible to get back in. The grease all over the metal is messy and makes it hard to handle.

Used these slides to replace worn out slides in my tool box. They are stamped out of 24 gauge steel. After loading the drawer with about 25lbs of sockets the slides started to distort. The drawer droops a lot after opening it to full extension. Not recommend for anything, but very light weight duty.

One of the slides fell apart while installing it.I installed the slides as I have always in the past.Put the drawer together. Closed it, and the opened it to test it.One side just kept going and bearings and part all went flying across the floor.Into the car and off the Lee Valley to buy some real ones.Lesson learned.

The glides are nice enough and for a reasonable price but I was surprised that screws weren't included.

I searched high and lie but could not find the right hinges until I skinless onto these.The slides worked great on an 11" drawer a built for a custom cabinet. The drawer closes to about 1/8" with very little effort. The last 1/8" appears to hold it closed. Opening the drawer is a little stiff the first 1/8" and smooth the rest of the travel.The full extensions provided the perfect depth for the drawer and the price was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I noticed when installing these that they didn't seem nearly as sturdy as the 24" ones I'd bought at Lowe's but they were the only ones I could find anywhere in an 11" size so I used them anyway and hoped for the best. After just a few months of these being in use they have begun to stick about 3/4 extended. A bit of force got them the rest of the way open for a while, but then they started hanging up in other spots. I'm currently rebuilding the drawers to use some sturdier 12" under-mount slides that can be cut down to size.
