This is for the Benq HT2050 . This unit has a real Philips osram bulb and came with proper IR filter . Projector looks greatI will update review when it fails BUT I expect that it will be a very long time. Very happy with purchase

Bulbs fits perfectly. Even comes with soft glove to install the bulbThe company (Abitan) that sells this bulbs has extremely good service.I purchased a bulbs that had some dark areas in the projection.I contacted them and I got an immediate reply.I sent them pictures as requested and they sent a replacement without question.Received it in a couple days.Replacement bulb is perfect.Nice to see a company on Amazon that cares about their customers.

This lamp barely projected the image onto the screen. Even in total darkness I couldn’t see Netflix from a Roku stick. Do not buy.

Benq HT2050A. It's a replacement bulb. It works. It's seems brighter than the original for half the price and comes with a 200 day warranty. Also comes with a helpful mini screwdriver and gloves. What's not to like?

This is a post 6-month review. Would actually say this is a better version for brightness and value for money, than the existing OEM version that comes with our Benq. The quality and picture quality is much quieter than the original. The ease of installation is very simple, and I got it into the Benq within 15-minutes. After 6-months of use, the quality is still very much functional, and this lamp actually projects better for watching shows in broad daylight. Overall, I would suggest this lamp to anyone who owns a Benq who needs a less expensive replacement.

Hi guys,I never rarely leave reviews, but in this case I had to.The first unit that I bought from them was a dud and did not work. I was very disappointed and angry, because I spent time removing my projector and then installing the lamp.So I got a refund .However, this seller was so professional that they gave me a new lamp for free!! This had earned them a customer for life.Give these guys a chance and they will surprise you. I'm so happy with my new lamp, installed it and it works amazingly.

The bulb came detached from housing during transit. Managed to repair it and get it properly reseated. After that, it seems to be working fine. Much cheaper than brand name, time will tell how long it lasts.Updated:Died after about a 1900hrs, well under their claimed life time of 4000hrs. Will try another brand, these ones are poorly made

No issues what so ever...installed perfectly on a Benq HT2050. Just make sure you check the tabs on the cover when you're reassembling the unit. It does NOT come with a new dust cover, so make sure you save the original.
