Was happy to finally find a cup holder that matched my chair, how ever, the cup holder itself easily gets knocked off the connection plate to the chair. So if you hit a doorway by accident, or have any wait in it what so ever, be prepared for everything in your cupholder, and the cup holder itself to hit the ground.I went back to my old style which I really liked these there's just no way to make them secure. They constantly were falling off my chair.

I bought this to use on a wheelchair scooter for a cruise. My cruise is in September. It holds several different cup sizes which is what I needed. Also it has a easy to use clip to attach to the scooter handle bar. I look forward to using it for my cruise

1./ When you use an open cup liquid splashes out with every scant bump. 2./ There's no adjustment to lock the cup itself into place either. It swings downward as you walk and continuously splashes liquid onto and into the phone! Maybe if you always have a sturdy cap for your cup or bottle this wont affect you, but if your phone dies on the one time you don't have a good water-tight lid this otherwise cute and well built item cost will cost you hundreds. 3./ The other thing is that it swings and points downward and wobbles all the time. I mean that it never stays up! Lots of suggestions by folks stuffing the gap with paper and what-not to make it stay put. Check out "answers to questions" b4 you buy. This appears to a systemic problem, not a one-off glitch.4./Also, whilst on the subject of gripes: this wouldn't be a deal-buster, but if you have to mount it on the handlebar grips of certain brands of rollator walkers (mine is a Drive model) you won't have a lot of room left for your hand.

I have a 32oz steel water bottle that is 3.5" wide, this said it was 3.6, but my bottle doesn't fit. I pulled out my calipers and the inside of the cup holder is only 3.45", & there are 2 screw heads inside that cut the inner diameter down to about 3.45".So I'm returning the item.
