If you are looking for a simple, manual, hopefully reliable way to switch between two batteries, this is a good choice. It has a very solid switching action, large terminal posts (enables handling higher current so that is a good thing), and mounting screws. Perhaps the mounting screws are the one area for improvement, they are wood screws so if you want to mount it on an aluminum panel or something you will have to supply your own mounting hardware.Otherwise, it is a simple but effective switch that has a solid feel and I am hoping will last a long time.

Have been looking for a battery switch for my SX190 that had the ability to switch between batteries on the fly. This battery switch does the job and is a great solution to what I needed. The wiring is very simple, and the switch can be used and no loss of power occurs on the boat. The system has allowed me to add enough power to comfortably run my amp and speaker setup that I installed this summer. Overall this is a great switch, and I would highly recommend it for your marine needs.

sethis is the worst designed switch I have ever seen You either have to put it in upside down or have the wires coming out of the top both are unacceptable of coarse you could use #10 wire but then it is only good for 20 amps maximum so it is useless

Switch seems to work fine once installed but came with no screws, no bolts, no small screw to hold it together and no installation instructions at all. Pretty poor...
